We’ve been patients at Viking for almost 9 years, and Dr. Drennan is wonderful. The practice has gotten expensive over the years, and I really wish they would reconsider their policy of not sending prescriptions to outside pharmacies, particularly for urgent medications. It can create a significant burden when treatment is time-sensitive. I genuinely value the care we’ve received and hope this is something they’ll revisit.

I went through the entire booking process and then some random calls and says they’re not taking new clients? What a joke and a huge waste of my time In response to the response, that’s actually a lie. You guys should talk before you get on the internet. I knew it was because of his history and I was told that you weren’t accepting new patients. Glad to know your manager lies through his teeth. Pathetic

My dog (Alaskan Klee Kai) had extreme anxiety with the vet and is not very kind to other dogs so much so that we had to give him medication before taking him to appointments but now he loves the vet! My dog is not just a number to them. They take every step to make sure my dog is feeling safe and calm, from giving him toys to take home and his favorite treats to stay calm. I don’t want to sound dramatic but now he get actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot to go to the vet. That is something I never thought possible.
