A doctor at this place has misdiagnosed our cat’s cancer and told as literally: these bumps are nothing serious, you don’t have to do anything. When bumps kept growing we went to another vet that said it was a classic case of typical feline cancel, it is now too late and it should have been easy operation at early stages. This place is only good at collecting their ridiculously inflated fees but apparently not so good in their primary capacity. We buried our family member.

I cannot speak highly enough about the front desk staff! I’ve been very happy with the techs/ vets as well, but the front desk has dealt with all of my questions (even the stupid ones) with genuine care and understanding every time I’ve called in. From prescriptions to “do I need to be worried?” Very grateful for the kind humans they have working here!

I appreciate the team at Portland Veterinary Wellness Center, they take the time to listen and understand what I may be trying to explain.
