What a hassle! Went to update my dog's Bordetella vaccine. That went fine. Exam was ok. Vet specifically asked me about the kind of flea meds I preferred. She wrote the prescription for the wrong med. All your pets records are emailed to you. I spent forever on a call with someone from the clinic to ask about sending me out a corrected Prescription. Never received it! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Won't be back, EVER!!!
