Exceptional staff. Very knowledgeable and transparent. Wellness visit check. Felt very comfortable taking my girl (cat) to visit with Dr. Vance. My girl is very shy and did well. Ty everyone!

I had been going to PVH for at least 20 yrs, they were always friendly, knew my name and my dogs names. They went thru a personnel change, and as a result the friendly neighborhood vet became cold and impersonal. After a few years away I thought I'd try them out again and I was pleasantly impressed. The vet, Dr Levi Klau was very thorough, friendly and attentive to my concerns. I will definitely be transferring all my dogs back to PVH for their veterinary care.

I can always count on PVH’s friendly, compassionate staff, assistants and vets to take care of my pup for all her needs. They know what to look for when something seems amiss, and considers several variables when discussing treatments; suggesting best options, and then letting me decide what works for short term, long term, depending on observable results and budget. Dr Klau is kind, pragmatic and patient when answering my endless questions. He also is pragmatic about discussing long-term treatments & costs. Greatly appreciated! Highly trust and recommend.

Clinic staff, tech are nice and always pleasant. The clinic is clean. I have been taking my pets there for the last 30 plus yrs. I am getting use to the new vets. So far I am staying.
