Heartfelt was a wonderful find after we had a few emergency vet visits and a disappointing first provider for our FIV+ covid rescue cat. Heartfelt helped us get our cat’s bladder cystitis managed and were very easy to get last-minute appointments and prescriptions with. All of the doctors and administrators have been wonderful to work with, and we’d still be with them if we hadn’t moved. Thank you for the great care!

The staff at Heartfelt was caring and friendly, not to mention competent. I felt like their only concern was the health of my pet, didn't feel sold to or upsold on anything not relevant to the situation. Most importantly Jake (my cat) seemed to like the place, and he doesn't like most places (or people for that matter).
