This was our first visit here to establish service for Bentley. The staff were all so kind. The waiting area was large and clean. Lots of parking. Even a lovely potty area out front for dogs to go potty. We are so glad because our other Vet retired. And this place is closer to home. Now we bring Winston too

Grabbed a few pets from the street weird I know but figured the money I save on buying a pet I could improve their life. My mom saw one the father of one of the current vets that works there we have a different person working with us. I could not afford to have one of my cats if it wasn't for her. She trained me to save my cats life and he is a wonderful companion now because of her compassion. I could not recommend any clinic for your pet higher than this one, small town feeling in a city setting. Dignity and respect from start to finish from generations of vets I have known there. Prices are below average in my experience and the service and compassion is second to none. When other vets told me to put that cat down they gave me the tools to get him healthy and part of a happy family. Thank you for taking the time to reading this, and if you work there thank you for helping to make my home a happier healthier place for pets.

After 12 years of bringing my cats to Halsey East I will NEVER bring another animal to them again!! They used to be a kind and caring clinic but something happened after Covid and they seem to have replaced their hearts with money $$$! About a month ago I brought my kitty to them and she was diagnosed with a kidney infection and diabetes. Because I was not able to afford hospitalizing her they pressured me to euthanize her. I must have told them a dozen times that I would not make that decision until I gave her time to get better with meds and care at home. They insisted I had "false hopes" and I would be causing her to suffer. Guess what?? They were wrong...very wrong! She responded to the meds and insulin and is doing really well. Thank goodness I didn't listen to them! There were other things that took place...rudeness from the office manager and receptionists and an inability to speak with the doctor about my kitty after the original exam. I was told I had to pay a "consultation fee" to arrange a time to talk with Dr. Vidos. Even worse when I wrote them a letter to express how appalling and disheartening the service was they didn't have the decency to address my concerns or admit they made a mistake...they didn't respond at all. I won't trust them ever again with one of my pets and I suggest you don't either.

I took my new puppy to see Dr. Olson for his first visit today. She was kind and knowledgeable and answered all my silly questions. I plan on making this our permanent veterinary clinic. The whole staff I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable and their love for animals showed.
