Moving into the city I was excited to find my fur baby a new vet because her past vet clinic had left a lot to be desired. We’ve been at grateful heart for 3 years now and I do not have a single complaint. Everyone from the front desk to the vets themselves clearly love what they do and I have never felt rushed, my questions are always fully answered and they take such great care of my dog. Not only do I feel they answer all my questions, concerns, and genuinely care about my girl, they also follow up after illness related appointments. If you are on the fence, I truly believe you will not regret taking your pet(s) to grateful heart ❤️

This place was recommended to me by a friend, and I was very happy with our visit! The staff was friendly, thorough, professional, and very gentle to my elderly cat :) Dr. Sarah Pavlich was awesome and made me feel like my pet was in good hands. thank you so much!

My dog Bonnie was coming here until her passing two years ago and now my new dog Eros is also under their care. Both dogs are heelers and very reactive to other dogs. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! They are a fear free clinic and make sure your dogs are comfortable and given the best care possible. They also are great for reactive dogs making sure your dog can enter the clinic without interacting with other dogs. I am so glad to be able to have such a wonderful vet clinic to bring my pets too.
