We went in for a new patient consult with this little one and the staff was so so kind and patient and lovely. The new girl with green-black hair was tremendous. She was comforting him while getting shots and his blood drawn. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had dogs and farm animals for 40 years. Jordan Nuccio is the best and most intuitive vet I've ever had. She is and has been wonderful with my dogs, and I recommend Brooklyn Yard vet hospital highly.

We love them so much but it’s almost impossible to get in with any urgency. For routine checks and planned procedures they are excellent, but anytime we have had something urgent come up we almost always end up having to go elsewhere. Guess when you find a good vet then everyone else does too and this is what happens. ❤️

I moved back to Portland and needed to establish care with a new vet for my elderly dog, I read the reviews for Brooklyn Yard and was blown away with how much people loved it. I brought my 15 year old chiweenie in and the experience with the vet was so heartwarming. She fell in love with him instantly. She was so sweet and gentle with my old man. But the thing that really sold me on Brooklyn Yard Vet was that I wasn’t shamed for not getting my dog’s dental problems taken care of yet. It’s a huge expense and I’ve been saving for it. He hasn’t been in pain, but definitely needs the work done. I’ve been shamed by vets before and was waiting for the shaming to come, when the vet was examining his teeth, but it never came. She just confirmed it needed to be done and gave me recommendations for places that would be cheaper than getting it done at their clinic. I’ve been going to them for almost 2 years now, and when I got a cat, I brought him there too. They both get such excellent care and the vets and techs love them both so much.
