Barburvet

I took my dog in for an ear infection and allergies a couple months back. I went to Costco to fill my prescription as recommended by the doctor. Coming to find out that the doctor prescribed something totally different for allergies not the same as previously prescribed. So I called My Scott and they started playing the blame game saying that doctor that prescribed the allergies meds no longer worked there they fire the last Veterinarian. I paid for the exam and blood work in the previous visit but they wanted me to come back because they would wave the exam fee but wanted me to pay the blood work fee. They could’ve changed the wrongly prescribed medication but wouldn’t. . Just because they messed up doesn’t mean I should pay again,. They know this is wrong but couldn’t remedy the situation by prescribing the right medication that was provided in the first place that worked. Don’t bring your beloved pet here they will scam you to coming back for no reason but to take your hard earned money.

Responsive and professional same day appointment for our cat after a visit to the emergency clinic the night before. Wonderful and compassionate care and great communication. We just found a new vet! Our sincere thanks. I joined their care club for more predictable annual costs.

I was taking my dogs to another vet as they are right next to my house, but they did not have an opening for my dog who was ill. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Amanda is wonderful! Very gentle and friendly with my dog. I decided to come back after and drive a little more just to see her. They are so thoughtful with their approach to my dog and really pay attention to her behavioral state using a fear free approach. The staff even gave her a frozen lick mat. Wonderful care overall and great, extremely prompt communication. Prices seem on par with other vets in the area. Dog ownership is expensive and vets and staff take home relatively little for all their hard work!

Excellent service and excellent staff. We've been taking Baylee, our Old English Sheepdog here since she was 8 weeks old. She's now eleven years old. Dr. Alexandra and her her dedicated staff are friendly, professional, and experienced. Baylee seems to love and trust everyone from the front desk personnel to the techs. They all treat each and every animals as if they are their own personal pets. And Baylee's always been crazy about Dr. Alexandra McLaughlin. I can't imagine taking Baylee anywhere else. ❤️

From the moment I walked in my kitty and I were met with smiling faces and genuine warmth and kindness. Both Dr. Seeman and Xeike were patient while my kitty explored her surroundings and became more comfortable. They were both gentle and effective in accomplishing the goals of the appointment. They were informative and thorough in their explanation of services and helped me build a framework for future care. Without a doubt I knew that my kitty and I were in the right place. I am so grateful to have found Barbur Vet! And Mika loved the treats!!! :)
