Dr Pachel has been following my Borzoi Sailor for 20 months now via Zoom. Each time we have met he has listened carefully, elucidated the problems from a behavioral vet’s standpoint, and offered real solutions. He is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend.

Love everything about this clinic. Dr. Pachel comes to the appointments having reviewed the clinical notes which is so helpful. He is highly knowledgeable and so personable. My dog and I are fortunate to be patients at this clinic.

Dr Pachal is amazing. He has helped us to understand our Jack Russell Terrier and taught us how to be better caregivers to him. He prescribed medications that have been really beneficial by allowing him to be his true self rather than a dog that couldn't fully enjoy his life because everything seemed to make him anxious. Noah is always a pleasure to speak with and helps us out with making appointment. Any time we have called or anyone that we have spoken with have always been kind and responsive. I highly recommend Animal Behavior Clinic.

We’ve had a great experience with Animal Behavior Clinic and Dr. Pankratz. It was a bit hard to get them via phone, but we now have an app they use & I receive prompt responses from the office. They have helped us with our pups behavior issue, and super helpful with possible solutions. I would highly recommend them.
